Weekly News 1st April 2022

Another busy fun week.
This week the preschool children have put all their prior balance learning in PE to good use by using the balance bikes on the playground – great listening to instructions and fantastic balancing.
To link with our topic of Jack and the Beanstalk we have… Planted Magic Beans – please let us know if these grow. We have worked together to paint a Giant Beanstalk and turrets for our Giants castle, which have been added to the role play area. We made hand print beanstalks, magic bean shakers, which we used to create sounds to our singing and had a go at throwing magic bean bags into a hoop (which was made by one of the children – thank you for letting us use it).
We have had lots of fun outside, using the ride on toys on the playground, jumping and balancing on the tree logs and running around in the unexpected snow showers – roll on Summer.
